Missing Person: DeAngelo Marquis McNeil, Male, Native Place: TexasHouston, Date of Birth: 06/01/1994, McNeil was last seen at his family's residence in Houston, Texas on April 17, 1997. In March 1997, when an investigator for the county attorney's office saw a healing bruise on the boy's face and asked McNeil about it. Patricia McNeil, DeAngelo's mother, explained that the bruises occurred during a fall, which aroused suspicions. When CPS arrived to get the boy in April, 1997 he was not there. DeBaron, DeAngelo's brother, testified he saw Patricia use a belt to beat his brother. Patricia was sentenced to 75 years for injuring the boy.
